Feeney
President
As President of HGM , Ronan brings 37 years of experience in the natural gas industry, including 15 years leading field crews, along with 22 years in management overseeing multiple projects and operations. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with customers, municipalities, and project stakeholders by emphasizing trust, communication, and collaboration. His extensive expertise spans steel gas mains, regulator pits, plastic pipe installation, and cast iron replacement, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of utility construction. Ronan’s leadership begins and ends with being a people-focused leader who is passionate about sharing his knowledge, mentoring field crews, and developing the next generation of managers to ensure the continued success and growth of the organization. With decades of experience in people development and a passion for customer satisfaction and community relations, Ronan brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization.

Greg
Feeney
Greg Feeney brings more than 40 years of experience in the utility industry, with extensive leadership experience in natural gas operations, business development, and organizational growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated evolving market conditions while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
Greg is recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams, drive innovation, and develop lasting relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry partners. His broad expertise includes natural gas distribution, infrastructure development, financial management, business development, and corporate strategy. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Greg is committed to advancing responsible energy practices and mentoring the next generation of industry and business leaders.

James
MacKay
Director
James MacKay brings more than two decades of experience in the heavy civil construction, roadwork and utility industry. Combining extensive field knowledge with proven executive leadership and a strong understanding of the operational and strategic demands of the construction business. Throughout his career, James has successfully led teams and complex projects while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As a leader at HGM Utilities, James is focused on positioning the organization for sustainable long-term growth while preserving the values and work ethic that have built its reputation. He is committed to developing the next generation of construction professionals with strong relationships with our trade unions as well as strengthening partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders, and continually improving the way the organization operates and serves its clients. He proudly served as a board member of the US Dept of Labor, Workforce Information advisory council (WIAC) as national business representative. As well as being very active in Martin Richard foundation and Ron Burton Training Village both organizations committed to empowering the future generations.

Juliana
Mazo
Community Engagement and Treasurer
Juliana helps advance the company’s goals through community outreach and philanthropy. She works to strengthen relationships with local organizations, municipalities, and community partners while identifying opportunities for charitable giving, volunteerism, and meaningful engagement. Her efforts reflect the company’s commitment to building strong community relationships and making a positive, lasting impact in the communities where its employees live and work. She works with local officials to permit projects and ensures proper community outreach. She has found proper communication with local stakeholders makes projects run smoother for all.
Juliana Mazo also serves as Treasurer, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to the company’s financial responsibilities, permitting activities, and organizational priorities. She supports the coordination and management of permitting requirements, helping ensure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining strong financial stewardship, accountability, and sound business practices that support the company’s continued growth.

Egan
Chief Construction Officer
Bill Egan serves as Chief Construction Officer, responsible for company-wide training, safety, and compliance programs. With more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in utility construction, he brings a disciplined approach to strengthening safety performance, developing workforce capability, and ensuring disciplined project delivery. He has a strong understanding of safety management systems and is responsible for high-quality execution, risk mitigation, and accountability. He is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Bill is a graduate of Framingham State University.

Falcetti
Regional Director
As Regional Director, Dan brings over 13 years of hands-on experience in the natural gas industry, along with nearly five years in leadership and management. Focusing on driving operational efficiency while building strong, high-performing teams. He is passionate about mentoring new talent and developing the next generation of industry leaders, while also using his field experience to train and support seasoned employees. He is a firm believer that, combining practical knowledge with strong leadership creates a safer, more productive, and more successful organization.

Niall
Egan
Area Superintendent
Niall Egan brings over seven years of experience in the utility infrastructure and energy services industry, with a background in project supervision, field operations, and team leadership. He has overseen utility construction projects, including three years in a supervisory role on the NGA project, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Prior to joining the company, Niall held supervisory positions within the utility and energy infrastructure sector, where he managed field teams, coordinated operations, and supported the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Known for his strong leadership, dedication, and commitment to safety, Niall is recognised for building high-performing teams, maintaining positive working relationships, and consistently delivering quality results.
Niall holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT).

Craig
Black
Field Operations
Craig is an experienced gas utility professional who brings extensive field supervision and operational knowledge to his role in Field Operations. With a strong background overseeing gas utility construction activities, Craig understands the importance of safety, quality, coordination, and efficiency in the field.
Throughout his career, Craig has worked closely with crews, project teams, and utility partners to support safe and successful field operations. His hands-on experience as a gas utility supervisor has given him a practical understanding of jobsite challenges, crew coordination, and the importance of maintaining high standards throughout every phase of work.
In his Field Operations role, Craig uses his experience and leadership skills to support field teams, coordinate daily activities, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with utility requirements. His commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality makes him a valuable part of the field operations team.

Thiago Rodrigues
Field Supervisor For Restoration
Thiago is an Field Supervisor For Restoration with a strong background in safety, operations and team leadership. He oversees crews and day-to-day field activities, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with utility standards and project requirements.
Known for his hands-on leadership approach, Thiago works closely with field personnel to coordinate operations, maintain high safety standards, and address challenges as they arise. His commitment to clear communication, accountability, and safe work practices helps keep crews aligned and projects moving forward.
